Pick production scale first — unit cost splits here. Take weight and time from your slicer; infill is not applied twice. Figures are estimates only.
Production scale
Material stays roughly linear with quantity; setup, machine time and labor drop per unit as scale grows. Very high fixed volumes may suit tooling — we say so honestly in pre-analysis.
